Careers at REACH Home Care
Join a locally owned, Washington-licensed home care agency in Kennewick or Moses Lake.

REACH Home Care is growing in the Tri-Cities and the Columbia Basin, and we are looking for caregivers who want to do this work well and be treated well for it. We are a private pay agency, which means we only take on clients who provide a safe, respectful work environment for our employees, and we run our own Washington State-approved training center, so you can earn your Home Care Aide certification with us if you do not have it yet.
Why caregivers choose REACH
- Competitive pay for CNAs and HCAs, with raises tied to experience and training.
- Flexible schedules that work around school, family, and other commitments, from a few shifts a week to full time, days, nights, and weekends.
- Employee referral program: earn $1,000 for each caregiver (CNA or HCA) you refer who is hired. Terms and conditions apply.
- Client referral program: earn $500 for each referred client who starts services at a minimum of 12 hours per week. Terms and conditions apply.
- Training that is actually yours. Dementia Level 1 and 2, Mental Health Level 1, transfers and Hoyer lifts in our skills lab, and continuing education through the REACH Training Center.
- Career growth. Lead caregiver, scheduler, and care coordinator roles are filled from within first.
- A team that feels like family, with a care coordinator who knows your clients and backs you up.
We hire in Kennewick (serving the Tri-Cities and Walla Walla) and Moses Lake (serving Grant and Adams County). Bilingual English/Spanish caregivers are especially welcome in both.
