REACH Home Care now has an office in Moses Lake at 1010 S Pioneer Way, Suite B, serving families throughout Moses Lake and the Columbia Basin.
Moses Lake is the largest community in Grant County, and until now most families here have had to choose between a small local agency and a facility. Our Moses Lake office brings the same Washington State-licensed care we have provided in the Tri-Cities since 2021: personal care, dementia and Parkinson’s support, respite for family caregivers, overnight and 24-hour care, and help returning home after a stay at Samaritan Healthcare or another hospital.
Our Moses Lake caregivers complete the same 75-hour state training and dementia coursework as our Tri-Cities team, and a local care coordinator can usually meet you for a free in-home assessment within a day or two. From Moses Lake we also serve Ephrata, Quincy, Othello, Warden, Royal City, Soap Lake, and the surrounding Grant and Adams County communities. Spanish-speaking caregivers and office staff are available.
